Although Malene is pleasant to interact with, our experience was suboptimal. She failed to procure the best price when we bought our home, didn't warn us about the best way to assess moisture with a stucco exterior, did not counsel us adequately about preparing our home for sale, and didn't do a good job marketing the home when we were ready to sell. Once we changed realtors, the house sold in a matter of weeks.
