Not only did he make the referral that was instrumental in selling our oceanfront cottage in Cannon Beach, Oregon, but he also went above and beyond helping us buy our lake home while we were still in Cannon Beach. He made multiple trips to the lake house that we ultimately bought, gave us video tours of it, pausing and answering questions about every room, zooming in and out to help us get a better sense of the property and its amenities for all three of its buildings. Donavon handled every single detail so we could complete the purchase and closing while we were still in Cannon Beach! This saved on commission and we didn't have to do any work to get the place ready for sale even though the house had hoarding and water damage issues. I recently worked with both Jen and Sara from this office when buying a house. Their communication is excellent! They know their stuff and they have a team of experts and tradespeople waiting in the wings for any issues, repairs, or questions you may have along the way. As a first time home buyer I was clueless about the process and I knew the market would be tough. Jen provided any guidance needed along the way, especially when working to putting in an offer that has the best chance of getting accepted. I was never taken by surprise (which is a good thing when you're spending this much money). Definitely recommend using Jacqueline Day & Partners when buying or selling a home!
