We love Sebastian! He is highly responsive, great negotiator, flexible, thorough and willing to go the extra mile. With his expertise on comps and such, we negotiated an agreed offer remotely, and we had complete confidence everything would proceed in a way that met our needs. Despite being over a 1,000 miles away, we knew Sebastian was conscientiously looking out for us, such as proactively taking a video of the property and sending it our way, facilitating visits for the inspector and for a plumber -- again, all in our absence. He's super responsive -- texting with the periodic call worked great for us. He always has his clients' interests in mind. His personality made the process simply enjoyable. We capped off the "key hand-off" with a fabulous lunch by the sea. You will want to buy!
