Sebastian was wonderful to work with! He was very communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definetly recommend him to friends and family. He was on time and always had a smile on his face! He helped us with our final walk through since we live out of state and we trust his insight on things. He sent us videos and made sure we were all taken care of. We love Sebastian! He is highly responsive, great negotiator, flexible, thorough and willing to go the extra mile. With his expertise on comps and such, we negotiated an agreed offer remotely, and we had complete confidence everything would proceed in a way that met our needs. Despite being over a 1,000 miles away, we knew Sebastian was conscientiously looking out for us, such as proactively taking a video of the property and sending it our way, facilitating visits for the inspector and for a plumber -- again, all in our absence. He's super responsive -- texting with the periodic call worked great for us. He always has his clients' interests in mind. His personality made the process simply enjoyable. We capped off the "key hand-off" with a fabulous lunch by the sea. You will want to buy!
