Lindsey’s knowledge is phenomenal, she guided us from start to finish with absolute friendliness and professionalism. The only reason I’m giving her 5 stars is because there isn’t the facility to give her 10!

Martha was great to with. She is truly an expert in the AMI real estate market. She provided a detailed analysis of market trends after the hurricanes and help us understand the best time to buy. We had outstanding communication with her. She always answered all of our questions, and she was quick to get back with us. We found her to be very professional and reliable which made the process smooth and successful. I would highly recommend her and if we buy another property on AMI we will be using her again.

April went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed and get the job done! She has shown us compassion and kindness throughout our home buying process in the midst of two hurricanes and helped us navigate a tricky home buying process. She has also given us valuable insights into the local market for future projects to work together on. April was extremely accommodating and made herself available on short notice when necessary. She made sure to communicate every step of the process and check in daily, even after closing. She has become one of our most respected and trusted friends here in AMI!

She was able to book the properties we were interested in along with a few others she found that fit our criteria, in a moments notice. She is honest and was in constant communication with us. We have worked with her previously on a home purchase and sale; that is why we went with her again. I knew she would be great to work with and help us find what we were looking for within our price range. Highly recommend.

Lindsey helped us find our dream home, she is so professional, so organized and knows the area extremely well. She offered guidance and advice from the first day we met, and throughout the closing process was there every step of the way. Our lender told me multiple times that Lindsey is the best real estate agent that she's ever come across! Lindsey has amazing vendor recommendations. Throughout the process, Lindsey became a friend, and treated us like family, before, during and after closing. We will 1000% recommend Lindsey to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a property in the Bradenton/AMI/Sarasota area. Thank you Lindsey for your incredible dedication and all of your help throughout our journey.
