Martha was a pleasure to work with. She was always on top of things and communicated on a regular basis, and at times, just to see how we were doing and offered her assistance with anything we needed. She is very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to personally make the sale happen when we were at a stalemate in negotiations. We can’t say enough about her personally an professionally.

From the first time we met her, Mary Anne was very friendly, outgoing and always helpful. It made the whole process easy. When she said she would do something, she did it, and she did it right away. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone interested in having a good experience in buying or selling a property.

From my first meeting with Katie, I knew I was in good hands. She came prepared with market data, hard numbers and a solid trajectory for getting my house sold. But more importantly, she exuded warmth and care for me as an individual. Throughout the process of selling my home, Katie was right there with me every step of the way. She took my calls, answered questions, and provided quality advice when I reached out. She also went the extra step of checking in on me during each advancement (big or small) in the process. I could not speak more highly of the customer service and optimism Katie brought to the table, especially in a market where we had to collaborate and pivot quickly. She is top-notch in her field and I would recommend her services to anyone that is looking to buy or sell! Truly one of the best in her line of business.

I can’t think of a better person to sell my house than April Green. She worked tirelessly for us even before she was officially our agent. Her professional knowledge is amazing and her ability to understand the ever changing market was key to the choices and decisions she recommended. April’s communication skills are excellent. When she attended the Open Houses, she personally described the positive features and potential opportunities my house possessed. Not surprisingly, every offer we received occurred when April personally talked to potential buyers. Even after the sales transactions were complete, April stepped in and helped me resolve some issues that later came up. April is an amazing person who gives 100 +% to every client. I would totally recommend her to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and skilled agent to navigate the ever-changing real estate market.

Her professionalism, communication skills, knowledge of the market and all around kindness made this such a successful journey! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

By every criterion, April Green is the consummate realty professional. We have every confidence that the sale of our home is in the best of hands. We have referred prospective Bayport sellers to her and will continue to do so when we move to a new community. Duncan Realty is extremely lucky to have her.

Katie seemed to have a great knowledge of the market where we were located and was quick to share that with us.
