I found April randomly through Zillow and it was the best experience we could have asked for. We live out of town and were buying a vacation/rental property. April went above and beyond. She was always accessible, she responded immediately, was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. When we came in town, she took us to see what was available, even though there was not a lot on the market in our price range, she did a great job of showing us different areas and options. Once we found our place, she really advocated for us and made the sale happen. I did not know what to expect with buying out of town, but I can't imagine that anyone could have made it any easier or more pleasant. In less than 30 days from when we first started searching, we had a purchase contract accepted on a condo in LBK that turned out to be just perfect for us. April is the consummate professional in all aspects of her job. She communicates extremely well, provides excellent insights/counsel based on her deep knowledge of and experience in the area, and manages ever little detail of the process for you so that you don't need to worry about it. She is not afraid to add a little push now and then when someone or something gets bogged down. This was particularly valuable to us as we were managing this entire process remotely. After the contract was accepted she did a fantastic job coordinating the efforts of the mortgage lender, the title company, the buyer's realtor and the condo association to ensure a timely and smooth closing.
