Best Realtor On Anna Maria and Longboat Key So I haven't actually gotten to meet Lindsey yet since we live up north and seem to miss each other the times I made it down to Longboat Key. With that said, I think it is worth sharing my experience. On a whim one day I saw a few interesting homes in the area, enough that I wanted extra info, but was I really ready to buy a second home yet? Well Lindsey was awesome, she would go scope out the places for me, do video walk throughs and was such an optimist. Many times I told her I didn't want to make here do all that work for free and she never once balked at me. She was awesome and a professional. Several houses later, we finally found a perfect place for our family! Lindsey handled everything cool as a cucumber and got it done. There are always hiccups and things that come up along the way, never once was she not there to handle it. We bought the place site unseen and when all was said and done and we got the keys, the place was better than I had hoped. Nothing misrepresented, honest about the value and offer process, condition of the home. I will happily be working with Lindsey again, and certainly love the Duncan team overall. I hope this helps anyone on the fence or not sure who to consider. It is Florida after all and it can be tricky to find amazing people that stick in there through the tough parts. Lindsey happens to be one of those!
