From day one, Kym has been nothing but a dream to work with! From sending listings to visiting home options to the day we made our purchase to our closing. Our home buying experience was anything but normal due to many complications and situations with our builders. Throughout the entire process, Kym was outstanding in helping get things situated and find answers to questions we had. She stepped up in ways that I am forever grateful for. Due to some very unique and interesting circumstances with our builders, she went above and beyond in ensuring that we felt calm and stayed positive throughout the entire process. Kym is an amazing realtor. She has a wealth of knowledge of houses, processes sand the area. I have been known to be a very picky buyer and Kym has the patience of a saint! She found several properties for us and every time we made a change, she helped us without a complaint. Once we finally settled on a house, she guided us through the process. Every time I had a question, even late at night, she responded to me quickly. If I ever decide to purchase any other home in the future, I definitely want Kym to help me again. I highly recommend her, you’ll be in good hands!

Kim is an excellent realtor! She walked us thru the entire process from the beginning to the end. She assisted in helping us choose our upgrades and colors for the interior and exterior of the house. Every time we received an email from the mortgage company she read over it before we signed it to ensure what we were signing had the correct information on it. She was also very helpful at the walk throughs before closing and found some imperfections throughout the house that I did not notice until she said pointed it out. She drove us to our closing location and was very attentive during the entire process.

This letter will serve as my very high letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent Kym Lutsko. She assisted me with the purchase of my first home in 2011 and the sale of my late mother's home as well in 2020.  Kym has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective realtor. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no- nonsense style.  She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client.  She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night emails after midnight.  She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done.  I have the highest level of confidence in her.  Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time.
