Kim is an excellent realtor! She walked us thru the entire process from the beginning to the end. She assisted in helping us choose our upgrades and colors for the interior and exterior of the house. Every time we received an email from the mortgage company she read over it before we signed it to ensure what we were signing had the correct information on it. She was also very helpful at the walk throughs before closing and found some imperfections throughout the house that I did not notice until she said pointed it out.
