After my father passed away this summer, I was faced with the need to get his house ready to sell while teaching full-time, three hours away. Oliver and his team helped with: 1) all inspections, 2) all forms and paperwork, 3) lining up companies for packing, moving, hauling, and donating, 4) appraisal and sorting on items to sell, 5) selling those items for me, 6) arranging for new carpet, paint, and repairs, and 7) getting the house staged for the open house, ane 8)setting up a mobile signing when it closed. The house was emptied, repaired, and had an offer signed in just over one month. They are worth every penny. In addition, Oliver and his team are kind, and helpful in every way. Karen Ivankovich is a true professional and is very good at her craft. She has very good knowledge of the immediate and greater neighborhood affecting the price and naturally as a home seller that is primary on our minds. We all want the highest price we can get. Karen helps you get that. She helps with deciding on how much to improve and what improvements to focus on and what improvements might not be as impactful on the price. We were hesitant in making a decision to sell and Karen literally stayed with us over two years, periodically communicating market conditions and sending data on comps and actual sales, gradually allowing us to decide when we wanted her to list our house.
