Stress Free

My husband and I were relocating from Maryland to South Carolina and had no idea where we wanted to live or what type of home we were looking for. Charlene knew exactly what questions to ask to help us narrow down our search and identify what was most important to our family. Initially, we focused on pre-owned homes, but after reviewing our budget, Charlene suggested we consider new construction. We never thought a new build would be within our price range, but she showed us several options, and we quickly fell in love with the idea. From selecting a lot to choosing the perfect floor plan, Charlene guided us through every step of the process. Once we were under contract, Charlene continued to go above and beyond. Since we were out of state, she regularly visited the construction site, sent photos, and kept us updated on the progress of our home. She stayed in constant communication with the builder and made sure we always had the information we needed. During our final walkthrough, she even brought her own tape and carefully helped us identify any imperfections that needed attention. Throughout the entire experience, Charlene never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing her. She was always available to answer our questions, and if she didn't know the answer, she made sure to get it from the right person quickly. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful long-distance move feel seamless. I would highly recommend Charlene to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in South Carolina—or even in Maryland, where she is also licensed.
