•I used Yalin to sell an investment property in Phoenix recently. Yalin is a true professional. When my property manager dropped the ball and refused to take care of my tenant, Yalin stepped in and did the walkthrough, handled the repairs and off-boarded the tenant all for no charge to me. When the appraisal came in low, she argued on my behalf that it was unfairly low based on comps. And when negotiating with potential buyers, she gave me good advice based on follow up with the buyers agents on what to do to make the house more sellable. I have owned investment properties across the country and have worked with Real Estate Agents and Property Managers all over the place for the last 20 years, and the service that Yalin provides is above all. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
