I used Yalin to sell an investment property in Phoenix recently. Yalin is a true professional. When my property manager dropped the ball and refused to take care of my tenant, Yalin stepped in and did the walkthrough, handled the repairs and off-boarded the tenant all for no charge to me. When the appraisal came in low, she argued on my behalf that it was unfairly low based on comps.
