We started our house search with Morgan not knowing the area at all, we were traveling in our rv and hoping to find a place to call home. After looking at a few homes we fell in love with one and Morgan very patiently helped us through the process, we had a few hiccups on our end with getting our funds routed long distance and she was always there to help guide us, we had no address or printer because we were rving and Morgan was there to help by letting us mail paperwork through her address and also printing documents from our New England banks. Morgon had a smile on her face and helped us with any and every question we had when purchasing our new home. She was very knowledgeable with the entire process of a home purchase. Morgan was our agent when we purchased a new home in a different city. She met us the day after contacting her. She showed us several homes and immediately wrote a contract to secure the home for us. While trying to find a house in central Florida, I found it was easier said than done. Although I had a list of houses i liked and could afford, I met with Brandon and soon found that they all had offers and the price kept getting higher with each one. We decided to look at some homes being built. That turned out to be the golden ticket. We got it for the asking price,and didn’t have to compete with other people.In about six weeks I closed on my new house. There are still a few good deals out there, you just need the right person to find them.
