Rachel has been there every step of the way. I told her what I wanted and she took the time to listen and sent me multiple listings to review. I work the normal 8-5 so it's difficult to go to showings during the day but she made herself available in the evenings after work and on the weekends when I was off work and it was convenient for me. When I finally found the place I loved but it was a little more than I wanted to spend, she negotiated on my behalf and got me the price I needed. As I said before, Rachel has been there every step of the way up to closing. If I buy again, I will go back to Rachel and if anyone needs a realtor I would HIGHLY recommend Rachel Sowder!
