Excellent and impactful service searching/finding us the right home!
Talyn was incredible! She was extremely thorough on our house search and finding us exactly what we were looking for. She always came extremely prepared and provided us the best communication the entire process of the way. Her negotiation skills are unmatched. We got exactly what we needed to close on our first home! Closing day was electric and she stayed by our side every step of the way! I wish we could purchase a home every day with this service!

Incredibly easy to work with. Was very easy to get in touch with and quick to provide answers. Very helpful answering questions for first time home buyers, and explaining things in depth. As a buyer, you can be confident in her knowledge and expertise as you work through the home buying process. Talyn had a great understanding of the flower mound housing market, which proved to be extremely helpful for us as we navigated a competitive sector of the market. She removed so much stress and headache involved with the offer and closing process as well. The timeline in which we were able to get an offer sent over, work through option period, and close on everything was incredibly smooth and seamless. I would recommend Talyn to friends and family looking for a realtor. You will be well represented and have peace of mind throughout the entire process.
