I would highly recommend working with Anne on finding the perfect home for you as well as for selling your home. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with her on both aspects. When we started the search for our home we were not ready to purchase, we wanted to gain knowledge on the surrounding areas and learn what our money could buy in each area. Tiffany first arrived at the property during the second half of 2018 when I thought about selling my home. Like many first-time home sellers, I had done some research but didn't have a good handle on the entire process. Tiffany pieced together not only comparable homes from the surrounding areas but formulated a sales strategy which ensured my house stood out to potential buyers. Her plan worked as we had an entire weekend of private showings. The house was on the market for 3 total days before we received an offer $21,000 above the asking price. Afterwards her recommended attorney proceeded to make the closing as smooth as possible. Aside from knowing the market and having a plan from day one, Tiffany was very accommodating.
