Oksana ill-advised me on signing a lease-- she recommended I cross out parts of it, making it illegal. She was negligent in describing the property, and blamed the "confusing" MSLI listing when in reality she had never taken the care to read it in full. At the end of this, she blamed me for it going wrong and never once apologized. Her supervisor had to step in and take care of the situation because she was unable to.

Three years ago we were selling our home and we met Doris (and Suzanne). Our home was put on the market and sold in just 3 weeks. Unfortunately, we had to stop the sale due to family circumstances. I would highly recommend Karen to others because she is knowledgable and a hard worker. She listened to what our wants and needs were for our next home and we liked most of the homes she showed us. Karen is very friendly and personable, which made me comfortable with her and easy to give her our business. Even my children love her. She also negotiated a great deal for us and fought hard for us when there were some minor set backs. After 3 years, Karen and I still have a relationship and I would want Karen to be my realtor again in the future when I buy my next house.

We highly recommend Desiree to anyone selling or buying their home. We have sold many houses in the past but the house we sold with Desiree’s help was an emotional one and we could not have had someone better for the job.
