This is the 5th property I have purchased in my life so I have some previous experience with real estate brokers. Jill is a true professional who kept our best interests as her number on goal. She was very patient and responsive during our search and did a great job of rapidly securing our chosen home avoiding a potential bidding war. Her knowledge of the area was incredible and she has excellent relationships with the other brokers therefore making the business dealings easier because of the trust previously established. I always think a review should include both positive and negatives so you can believe you are getting the whole story. My one issue was had to do with which town building department had jurisdiction for future permits. In the end, however, my lack of clarity on this issue would not have changed anything. I would definitely use Jill again and recommend her to my friends

In 2019 Nora helped our family buy a house in Orient, N.Y. We live in Boston, which as you might imagine, complicated things. Thank goodness we were working with Nora. After my mother passed away, I needed to engage a realtor to sell her house. Once I interviewed several realtors, I chose Ryan Struble based on his enthusiasm, his history of results and his caring and friendly personality. Even before I chose him, he gave me useful tips to get ready to sell the house. He was straightforward about his fees, and was realistic about what price I could expect to get for the house (and ultimately I got more than that price.) As my realtor, he always returned my communications in a timely manner. He continued to give good advice and helped me even in ways that weren't specifically part of the job of a realtor. For example, more than once, he met people (not potential buyers) at the house, which saved me the time and trouble of driving far to do it myself. He did whatever he could to move the sale forward.
