Daniel Pena was terrific in helping me and my brothers sell my mothers old [66y/o] house that had been neglected over the last years due to her advanced age. Daniel was helpful throughout the process which included finding contractors to do needed repairs and to occasionally remove odds and ends from the house. Daniel did a great job and was always available and happy to answer questions. I would work with Daniel again and could recommend him to anyone as a realtor without reservations.
