I worked primarily with Chris. However in my interface with his team, I was equally pleased. This was a complex realestate deal that had to go through zoning, and the courts. The sale was started, then stopped 3 times! It took 3 years to wind its way through 2 courts and the zoning board. Chris never stopped in his efforts. Ultimately, he sold the home and land parcel for substantially more than we were looking for. Bottom line - This is the "go to guy" that knows everyone in Lowell business and government.
