I recently moved from Kansas City. After two months of hotel life I finally found my MA home. As a first- time renter I was a bit lost and overwhelmed. Chris took the time to explain the application process and provided advice and guidance needed to ensure I had everything lined up to move in once my application was approved. Things went smoothly until I tripped up with the required deposits - I had all the funds but struggled making the transactions. I contacted Chris to provide an update (didn't want him wondering where the money is:) and instead of leaving it to me to untangle things myself, he stepped in and helped me out! Before dialing I was literally in tears but after talking to Chris those tears dried up. His recommendations and suggestions gave me alternatives to ensure all required funds got paid. Move in day was January 1 so I was prepared for everyone, including Chris, to be off work on this federally observed holiday. But this was not to be...Chris met me that morning. After providing details about utilities, mail, and general property upkeep, Chris told me Happy New Year while handing me the keys. There are not enough characters in this review box to fully describe how hard Chris worked to get me into my home. I did not expect such personal involvement and am extremely grateful for all the advice, guidance, help, recommendations, suggestions and support I got from Chris. Chris - THANK YOU!
