•Sue is first and foremost knowledgeable about local real estate. She puts her clients interests first and by that I mean she will work diligently to find you what YOU want rather than sell from her inventory. She is honest in her evaluation of properties both from a seller and buyer perspective. We have used Sue Tanner to represent us both as buyers and sellers several times over the last 18 years as have other members of our family and we have never been disappointed or disillusioned. We would highly recommend her to anyone.
Sue took the time to understand our needs and then she showed us homes that met our requirements. She is responsive and knowledgeable about the process and all the other issues that come up. This is the second time we used Sue and we’ve recommended others to use her.
