It's been a few months since I've bought the property and I still am in awe. Mary did EVERYTHING she could while working in a hostile home buying market. As a first time home buyer I was over loading Mary with questions that she was responsive and quick. I will never buy another piece of property, or sell from someone else.

We had a great experience with Blake! He’s on the ball and very informative with each process we went through. We’re new home buyers so we had a lot of questions and Blake was able to answer everything for us. He had great suggestions and asked all the right questions to our builder we would have never thought of. He’s very responsive and with our busy schedules, we were able to converse via email and text very easily. There were times we couldn’t get through to the builder and Blake stepped in and did became our middle man. He handled all the day to day business and made things very easy for us. When we’re ready to sell and buy again, we’ll definitely use Blake since he made our process so efficient and easy. We love him!

I couldn't ask for a better realtor, with my schedule being as hectic as it is she answered any and all questions no matter what time a day or night it was and made sure that we felt 100% comfortable with all decisions we made and ensured our best interests were in mind! Tracy was so great!!! She was very patient with me and my picky-ness. She didn't ever seem frustrated and was more than happy to show me as many homes as I needed. She was also very good about getting appointments in a timely matter. I would give her a list of listings and usually within a couple days we had appointments scheduled. Tracy was also helpful in helping me organize my thoughts on different homes. She would ask me "what did you like/dislike about this one," or "of the homes today which one do you like most?" It really helped me to think about it and save time since I can be an undecisive person sometimes. She was always very nice and friendly and never rushed me. Overall she was great and I would recommend her to anyone!
