We loved our experience working with Steph and SueAnn. They completely took the stress out of the home selling process. The first time we sat down with them, they mapped out a clear plan as to how they were going to sell our home. After their presentation, we knew we didn’t need to look any further- we had found our realtors (we essentially ended up getting two amazing realtors for the price of one!). They put us at ease, were very informative and collaborative and answered all our questions. Before they put the house on the market, they even paid to have a stager come in and tell us what we needed to do to help the home “show” better. This was extremely helpful and allowed us to prioritize the things we needed to get done. We truly loved working with them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market looking to buy or sell a home.

Blake went above and beyond when helping us find our home! Not only was he super prompt in getting back to us, he was on top of the ball with new listings and were able to get in asap! I'll add that even after we had closed and moved in, we had some issues with home repairs that we needed information from the previous owners, Blake was more than happy to help and he played middle man to help with our concerns. Highly recommend him!

Blake did everything he could to make sure I was happy with the home I was as buying. My husband was deployed and it took six months and over 60 viewings before we found our home. We looked at a home almost everyday and he never once made me feel like I was bothering g him it wasting his time. When it comes time for us to move on and find a new home. I plan on using g his services again to not only sell our current home but to purchase our new one.
