My Sister lived in San Diego and passed away unexpectedly. I live in Pennsylvania. After several trips to San Diego to take care of her final arrangements and set up an Estate Account, I had to find a Real Estate Professional to help me through this difficult time. Diane Sullivan was everything one would hope for in an Agent. She took over, recommending necessary improvements, selecting carpeting, painting, bathroom remodeling, and cleaning. Diane knows the market and location extremely well. She said we should l, list the Condo the first week of January and set the purchase price. She thought we could find a buyer and CLOSE by the end of January. Within a week , we had 4 offers , the lowest being the asking price. I selected the offer I thought best with her help, and we closed before the end of the month. Just as she planned. She made an emotional experience less painful, and I am grateful. I was in Pennsylvania the entire time and placed all my trust in her. I made the right decision.
