David listed our property after we notified him that we had an existing exclusive agency agreement in place. He smelled his commission and said "let's let sleeping dogs lie" Prior to closing i had to negotiate with the agreement/lien holder to free the title. David did nothing. If i had not been experienced, we would not have closed. David, i am open to lunch.
