My agent is a long time friend but this was the first time we had consulted her as a realtor. We all were impressed with her knowledge, work ethic. She found us the perfect house within a few days of us deciding to buy one. We would have likely lost the bid had she not been so responsive and knowledgeable. All the Is were dotted and Ts crossed on the first offer submission. The house was under contract with us before the seller even had a chance to have their open house.
