If you're looking for a realtor who is hard-working, honest, kind, principled, knowledgable of most neighborhoods in the area, a smooth negotiator, and a veteran in navigating the strange world of buying and selling real property, LOOK NO FURTHER. This guy is GOLD. Blake Plesco is an extraordinary, detail-oriented realtor, and I actually miss my conversations with him. I never felt that ANY of my questions were stupid ones (and some certainly were) and his ability to deal patiently with my time constraints, frequent communication blackouts, and long-distance communications was most impressive. He operated effortlessly within the established restrictions set out as a result of this unprecedented COVID-19 National Health Crisis, and he is a professional with a great sense of humor, and nothing ruffles him. In my case, I was faced with the task of selling the house I grew up in. It was an old house with lots of problems, situated on a uniquely magnificent, waterfront lot. In the face of complexities surrounding the house's appraisal and salability, Blake was tenacious in finding the right buyer for the right price. This was a bitter-sweet experience for me which carried with it a lot of emotional baggage, and working with Blake kept me on track and confident that this was the right action to take. We got an amazing price for the house, and the buyers were happy and seemed to love the property as much as my family did. This is a happy story with a happy ending, all facilitated by Blake Plesco.

Over The two decades, we have used a number of different real Estate agents but none of them come even close to Nina in comparison. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUE Sue sold my husband and me our first home a number of years ago, and we have since bought and sold about 7 houses through her. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market, an aggressive negotiator on her client's behalf, and an all-around good and fair person. The real estate sales process has changed a bit over the years, and she is right on top of the changes. I would highly recommend her to sell your home or to assist you with the purchase of a home.
