Her knowledge of real estate transactions and professionalism over came a less that honest seller/broker. Her communications style and skills kept the transaction alive and got us to the closing table. I ama retired 25 yr realtor in Houston. I knew what must be done to have a valid contract and protect ourselves from an overbearing seller. Yuilett stayed on track representing us beautifully even though we were not tolerating the seller's antics. She had to use negotiating and communication skills at every turn.
