The entire team is very professional, everyone I was in contact was quick to respond. All procedures and expectations were explained to me in the beginning so I was fully made aware and there was NO surprises or miscommunication. This made the entire process seamless. Heidi was amazing every step of the way. It took over a year to finally find the home for me because of the way the market was looking at that point, but heidi stuck with me through it all helping me dig into all of my options and keeping the momentum going. At every point she kept me informed of everything that i needed to know and answered all of the questions i had about the homes and the process.
