Jason's son Jacob and realty partner had reached out to me about selling our Florida rental house after we had little luck with previous options. After signing, Jason and Jacob posted a listing with excellent photography including drone footage and a fetching description. We almost immediately had showings and interest. After a weekend open house (on both Saturday and Sunday) a buyer made a cash offer which we accepted and closed on within two weeks. Communication was great, and they never dropped the ball through the entire process. Jason and Jacob's performance far exceeded my expectations in a tough Florida housing market. Let me start by saying how amazing she is from the start she paid close attention to everything we wanted and she made the our process very smooth and professional.
