My experience working with Al has been great from start to finish and was an experience I wish every person can have. Coming into the home ownership process with minimal knowledge on the process and terms, I was concerned that I would not be able to understand everything and that I would constantly be lost, but Al was always available for a quick call or a text to clarify any confusion I had. He advocated for me when certain mortgage companies were delaying in their response times and paired me with a more trusted team that was more efficient and prepared for the task at hand. He is also very thorough and will make sure that you understand the importance of every form you sign and every document you submit and how it supports the process as a whole, which is important for a curious person like myself who loves to know the what, why and when of everything. An overall stellar experience that I'm grateful to have had and I hope others can experience as well.
