Thomas has had a lot of experience renovating his own properties, so he knew what it would cost to D-I-Y or hire a company for home improvement projects. Colin helped my husband and I sell our home. He came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction we had with him after that was the same. He proposed a fair sale price, arranged for the photographs, as well as gave us good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. With “e-signing”, every required signature was done immediately from the convenience of our phones or desktop, which saved travel time and paper...loved this! He was present during inspections and put on an amazing open house. He accompanied us to the very end of the closing which went very smoothly. We can’t wait to work with him again.
