Ian is the best realtor and I cant recommend him enough. He is very patient and works really hard. He has never missed any of my calls. Great help, Victoria was a great help throughout the whole process, helped us find the house that we want it at the rate that we could afford. Recommend a good mortgage broker to help with financing and negotiated the price for us now me and my family are getting ready to move in and all of this was done within the time we initially planned for the closing.
