George and his top notch assistant Kristen performed above expectations..from the pre-sale market analysis George did in 2017 to the actual listing and sale (In 3 days!!!!). We recommended George to a neighbor and he's listed her home also! He picked us up and drove us 25 miles to the closing..I was ill and could not drive and Orlando traffic can scare the best of us! Service like that is unexpected and proves how George is willing to go the extra mile to help his clients. She went well above and beyond and physically helped me in so many ways that I could never have imagined asking for. I met Elaine while hosting the Open House for the home I was very interested in and ultimately purchased. She was not the Listing Agent, but true to her nature, she filled in at the last minute in a pinch. I was impressed with her knowledge, advice, and professionalism, and so I followed my gut and asked if she would write the offer for me. Here’s where her services began going far above and beyond any agent’s responsibilities. The neighborhood had an annual community sale planned for the same date I was scheduled to close and take possession of the home. Not only did she write and negotiate the offer and guide me every step through the very expedited process, but since the home was vacant and came complete with all of the furnishings, she took it upon herself without my asking to obtain the Seller and her Broker's approval…and she happily insisted on meeting me at my new home every night the week before we closed…solely in helping me prepare to participate in the community sale, which was a huge success! Immediately following the sale, I was able to move into a nearly empty home without having the burden of dealing with unwanted furnishings. Throughout the process, Elaine became my very good friend and for that, I am so grateful.
