My team has recently worked with Nina on a sale in Clearwater and we were impressed with her professionalism and the response time from both her and her transaction coordinator. Very often we deal with agents/brokers that do not have the level of urgency as Nina’s team and it can not only be frustrating, but detrimental to both the buyer and seller when everyone is trying to coordinate movers, new transactions and other important life events, especially during this challenging time with COVID restrictions.
