The best realtor I have ever worked with has background knowledge of what do look for on houses (being a pervious home inspector) she will definitely tell you all the possible problems with every house you visit a/c ,roof , cracking , water damage and ect.. takes her time with every client very reliable always answers and is always on top of everything from the beginning all the way until your closing date I will recommend her to all of my friends and family and I will be using her as me realtor for all future purchases and sales

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Donna Arakel by far met all our expectations. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she sold , how long her listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Her media presence was strong, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings. When we saw our listing we were blown away !! Our house sold within 23 hours of listing it ! She’s a true professional. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
