Mr. Holbrook has been a very knowledgeable realtor. He is well aware of the neighborhoods we were interested in. He was very friendly and patient with us, especially being first time home buyers, we had countless of questions and concerns. He broke them down and took time to make sure we were comfortable and educated on all the properties we looked at. We finally found our perfect home and could not have done it without Mr. Holbrook. Kevin did a wonderful job in helping us get our dream retirement home. He went above and beyond the call of duty by setting us up with anything we needed for the home buying process. He was very professional, always serviceable and just a great person all around. He is also very knowledgeable not just about real estate but also about home inspections; he would usually point out minor (or major) defects in a house and would advise us accordingly.
