Tracy represented the sellers in our recent home purchase; as buyers, we were working without a realtor representing us. We had been shopping in the area for 6 or 7 months, so we knew what we were looking for, and when Tracy's listing appeared on Zillow, we contacted her immediately. She was warm, professional and treated us with great courtesy, unlike some other realtors who did not seem interested in dealing with buyers who were unrepresented. We met her at the open house and left her with an offer the same day. When our offer was accepted, Tracy worked collaboratively with us all the way to closing, including helping with some 11th-hour hiccups to ensure we were able to close on time.
