Can't say enough good things about Toni Richards !
She went above all of my wishes and expectations. Talk about going the extra mile ! With her expertise I found the perfect home in Florida. It was a long distance move from California to Florida. Despite the three hour time difference Toni responded promptly to my millions of questions and patiently allayed my fears and concerns. By the time I arrived here I felt that I not only had the best realtor around but a friend as well. This lady knows what she is doing. Best ever!
A total professional. She returns calls, does in-depth market research and comparables ,to ensure I realized the greatest price for my property . She even personally helped me prepare the property for review and helped me organize after the sale so I could exit seemlessly. Great job Anne!!

Great realtor for in state and long distance customers
We also have been introduced to Kristina Williams by our good friends. We have been long distance and face time buyers. We can’t even count the number of houses Kristina looked up, checked, verified, and drove miles and miles to show us. She has accommodated every and each ask and fought for us as a lioness. When we eventually arrived to our house in Florida, it was exactly as Kristina showed it to us. It was even better than we have anticipated. We would recommend Kristina as a highly professional real estate agent. Besides Kristina is a very friendly and nice person, who helped a lot with a number of other questions around moving to Florida situation. If we ever decide to buy a house, we would go with Kristina. We would clone her, if we need a house in a different state.

Terri is a SUPERSTAR when it comes to her craft! I actually purchased this home in 2014 whereby Terri was the sellers agent. She made absolute sure that with all of the bumps in the road that she would see this through. Terri is a WINNER! I would recommend Terri immediately to anyone needing a Real Estate Agent. Thanks to Terri my house literally sold within the FIRST 10 MINUTES. We had over 12 offers if not more and she reviewed and guided me to what was best for her client. I called her many times with questions thru this process and she was always available. If not she would text me and call me back. AMAZING "GO GETTER!"

Patrick was AMAZING!
