She pateintly showed us house after house while she introduced us to full time-living here in Florida. When we bought an investment property in downtown New Port Richey she was the "go to" person for the deal. Even before closing, she was extremely helpful with finding tenants and filling in the income void of an investment property. When it was time to sell, she navigated the inspections and appraisals with professionalism. She will be our agent when we sell our current home and other deals here in Pasco county. My only queston is how can she live on one taco and a side of rice for dinner?

We sold the house in relatively short amount of time, largely due to Kevin's knowledge of the area and what the market value of the house would be in its current condition. He kept me informed on a daily basis of the progress of the interest in the home and the feedback he was getting. After the sale, he walked us through the closing process with the Title Company.
