Jason is very personable and at the same time professional. He showed us houses in the various areas we were interested in moving to. We told him the specific things that we were looking for in a house and he went about finding those houses to show us. We looked at 5 properties the first day and found the one we wanted to buy that day. After discussion, we put in an offer the next day. We are now in our new house and getting settled in. And we are very pleased with the purchase. Jason also gave practical advice regarding various aspects of the houses he showed us. If the house had an underlying pet oder, he advised as to how to mitigate the oder or how another concern might be adressed. Jason is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and all aspects in making home buying comfortable and amenable with no high pressure sales pitches. It was a mere coincidence that we walked into an Open House and got acquainted with Zaida. It turned out to be the best decision for our home buying.
