We already had a realtor when we met Dawn. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell herself. She even offered to answer questions even if we stayed with our current realtor. The market was very competitive at the time and we had lost 3 houses with our realtor. We found a house on our own a week after meeting Dawn and we decided to see what she could do for us. All we can say is 21 days later we CLOSED! Dawn did it all. EVERYTHING! Even our mortgage lender couldn’t believe the communication. We had no idea what we were doing. She just kept saying leave it to her. The whole process was so smooth start to finish. Our work schedules were extremely busy and we could not make a lot of inspections or even meet the mortgage lender to drop off our deposit. Dawn took care of it, over an over again. The best part was the seller did not want to deal with a buyer who was using a FHA loan and would not even look at our offer. Dawn assured them it would go smoothly and they agreed to it. We bought it under selling price! And already have equity in our home. We can’t say enough about Dawn. She is just AMAZING!

Michelle went above and beyond to help us purchase and close on our new home. We had to close 2 days after hurricane Ian and she moved heaven and earth to make this happen with reinspecting the house, getting approval from bank and pushing the seller and all parties to come to the table during a difficult time after the hurricane. In 2021, I had the good fortune to be referred to Dawn Bournand, to find my new home. I was doing it all at once: retiring, moving over a thousand miles away, and looking for my perfect place. Right from the start I felt at ease with Dawn. We chatted, drove to different places, all the while helping me narrow down what I wanted. I was still working and had only 4 days to search. Each day, Dawn set up appointments to see places that matched the criteria we agreed upon. On the fourth day, when I got in her car, Dawn said she felt she knew me well enough to suggest a community she thought I’d be interested in. I trusted her and, as we drove into Gulfport, this calm feeling came over me and I told Dawn, I feel like I’m home. Even better was the beautifully landscaped end unit condo she showed me, which couldn’t be more perfect for me!
