It was a hard road for me and I wanted to give up more then once Mr. Rice wouldn't allow it and exhibit so much compassion for what I was going through He researched the area, the crime rate Making surei would be safe where I was wanting to live He knew so much about everything concerning the neighborhood and the surrounding area He knew everything about the house from when it was builded to the age of all the appliances , water tank ,heating system and was instrumental in having a new roof put on Mr. Rice truly seems to work magic I very happy with my home and so is Gadget He has his own fenced in backyard I will recommend him to anyone looking to by a home not just a house

Nelson was recommended by a previous client who he helped purchase a house. Just moving to Florida, we did not want to go with a random realtor. From the first contact with him, we felt comfortable and knew we were in good hands. We were very specific in what we wanted, this being our fifth home purchase and our third build. So we were experience buyers and experienced with realtors. But this home was going to be our retirement and forever home. He showed us what we asked for and took us out of our comfort zone to show us a variety of home styles and living styles. When we found the house we wanted, he explained to us about the major builders in the area and was able to negotiate to reduce the price from asking. He followed us through the contract to inspecting to the close. He stayed on top of any issues we had and following up with the builder.
