Ms. Stephanie, went over and beyond in helping us find our home.
Ms. Stephanie kept us informed every step of the process. We had updates as soon as she got them. She was very professional and transparent throughout the entire process. She was our on the ground advocate for us here in Georgia, since we live in Texas. She shared information and educated us in the buying process from a corporation. Any questions we had she made sure we understood thoroughly so that we were not met with any unforeseen roadblocks or costly mistakes because of the lack of knowledge.

Bill Winters 3 reviews 2 months ago Being new to what the communities within The Villages were all about and which of those locations would best for me based on my lifestyle, Tammy went above and beyond the duties and responsibilities of your basic real estate agent. Although we lost several listing due to a extremely hot market at the time she never wavered or lost interest in finding me my perfect home. I say perfect because in hindsight it was my home today was better suited for me and more importantly the best home when compared to all the others we saw liked and subsequently lost to "pending agreements". In closing, very happy with Tammy in all aspects from introduction to closing and even after closing offering names, companies and contact numbers for various areas of upkeep and repairs if needed which in my experience many agents if not most agents would forget and move on to their next client. Tammy was there for me any time I called and I believe she would be there today if ever I needed anything... Like

Jeff is always on top of every detail and has his client’s best interest at heart.
Jeff consistently checked on all facets of our deal and communicated very well with the other agent and made it very easy to get things done. Jeff called my wife and I sometimes even at night if need be to make sure we were aware of each step of the way.
