Buying an investment property has always been a dream of mine ever since I was very young. He was such a help being an out of state investor. Lacy was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were first time home buyers and very nervous and uneducated about the process. Not only did she thoroughly explain every step of the process but she was amazingly patient with all of our questions. Eric was great to work with during the whole process. He was easy to get ahold of, answered all of our questions, and kept everything moving when things could have gotten stressful.
