George was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of buying a home. This is especially true, because I am currently on Active Duty in the military and not located in the state of Florida. He was more than willing to show houses to my representative in Central Florida. I highly recommend him to anyone because of his quick response time and his common sense approach. George's greatest asset is the aforementioned common sense. I have worked with multiple realtors in different situations/states and George is able to zero in on the customer's wants and needs in order to facilitate the best outcome for the customer. George leverages his years of experience and his extensive contact list with general contractors, plumbers, painters, electricians, and home insurance companies to guide the buyer along in the process. At no time does George try to push the customer into a corner as to which company or entity to pick. The next time I buy in Central Florida I will only use George Crawford as my realtor.

My Father and I flew down from Canada to buy a house in Melbourne / Palm Bay areas...we had a limited time frame of only 9 days and although, I had researched the Foreclosures Market and had a list of properties to see, we needed a Real Estate Profesional to guide us around and represent us on the buying process. I called and emailed a few as soon as we arrived on the weekend to find out that most real estate agents were not even returning our calls since it was a long weekend Sean Hartley did, and arranged for us to view the properties, and was quick to respond to our inquiries since he was sensitive to our time constraints. We are happy to say of the 3 ofers he put together for us , we got 2 of them accepted, and finally settled for the better one of the two. Sean even drove 90 miles to Altamonte Springs to be present and assist us with the Title Company during the closing, and recommended me very great valuable local resources to help us fix the House. We recently purchased a home in Cape Coral. We did not live locally, so her assistance was really appreciated. In addition to working with us to pay an acceptable price for the home we wanted, Elaine was exceedingly helpful throughout the whole purchase process. She helped us find a lender, coordinated the inspection, dealt with the local appraisal company, and coordinated with the closing agent. Whenever I had any questions that needed to be addressed, she responded immediately and always with a smile! It was truly a pleasure to work with her!
