My Father and I flew down from Canada to buy a house in Melbourne / Palm Bay areas...we had a limited time frame of only 9 days and although, I had researched the Foreclosures Market and had a list of properties to see, we needed a Real Estate Profesional to guide us around and represent us on the buying process.
